Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SPX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
